Riders info

On this webpage, we will publish all important information that riders need to know when competing the international competitions. You will find information about your subscription, the schedule, the ground plan and about activities specially organized for riders.

Entry and payment

This year we use an entry form, which need to be filled (next to your entry by your NF). After filling in the entry form, you will automatically go to the payment screen. We will not accept any entry without a payment. 

Arriving and competing

• Arriving at MHT is possible on Wednesday (05-06-24) between 10 AM and 6 PM. If you don’t have a stable, you don’t have to arrive on Wednesday.
• There will be a vetcheck on arrival on Wednesday (05-06-24) between 10 AM and 6 PM. Vetcheck on arrival is also possible on Thursday between 9.00 AM and 12.00 AM only for competitors without a stable.
• We charge a fine of €100 for arrivals outside the opening hours as stated above.

Starting order and results

We will use the app Equipe to announce starting order and results.

Important information

• Every year we receive a lot of requests for starting days and times etc.. Please be aware that we have a very filled schedule this year and we might need tot dissapoint some of you regarding your requests. Requests need to be send by the FEI-system (by your NF). Requests by email will not be taken into consideration.
• Dogs are not allowed on the whole showground and camping/lorry field. In this video we explain why.
• The horses that stay overnight should be put in the stables available on the showground.
• If there are competitors who need an invoice, please let them send an email to
  international@maarsbergenhorsetrials.nl, so that we can make the invoices ready before the end of the competition.

Catering and facilities

From Wednesday up to Saturday, there will be several options to enjoy food and drinks at the showground:

• On Wednesday and Thursday we sell coffee at the lorrypark.
• On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday you can buy dinner (€20,00 per person) at the organisation. You can already sign up for this within the entry form, so we can take this into account when we shop for groceries. It is also possible to sign up at the day itself.
• On Friday and Saturday there will be shops opened at the showground. There will be several shops with horse riding gear as well. At the shops, there will also be foodtrucks and catering with all kinds of food and snacks. Click here to find an overview of all present shops and foodtrucks.
• On Thursday night we organize the Welcome Drinks (free entrance, competitors, grooms, officials and volunteers only, no public entry).
• On Friday night we organiza the riders party (€30,00 per person, competitors, grooms, officials, volunteers and guests only, no public entry).
• Other facilities: camping, toilets, showers etc. available in the lorrypark.
