We expect approximately 150 combinations from 18 European countries. The combinations are selected by the national coach of the country concerned. All riders, Young Riders & Juniors, are between 14 and 21 years old. They are the Olympic champions of the future.

We’re working on a fantastic program with a beautiful opening ceremony, pleasant dinners and a fantastic equestrian dance party.


We have contracted Equipe for startlists, results, online and realtime scoring for presentation on mobile devices and screens as well as the integration in the livestream. ACSI offers riders and chefs d’équipe coffee and lunch in the Oranjerie

19h we invite riders and chefs d’équipe for dinner. Afterwards a DJ will play until midnight


The Oranjerie is open from Monday 10h until Sunday 15h for breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be served on Wednesday at 17h and on Saturday at 19h. If you would like to use our catering on other days, please contact Ton Vogelsang. 0654 392029. NB: alcoholic beverages are served in the Oranjerie only after 17h.

All-weather arena:

  • Monday between 14-18h
  • Tuesday between 08-12h and between 14-18h
  • Wednesday closed

Training arena grass:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday until Sunday: 8- 19h


Due to the rehearsal for the Opening Ceremony the training arenas cannot be used on Wednesday.

Showers and lavatories are available at the camping site.

There is no charging station for electric cars.

Information for chefs

Every team receives max. 5 parking tickets for passenger cars for the camping site. These tickets are linked to the license plate and need to be placed visibly behind the car windscreen. Extra cars can be parked at P3 on Thursday and Friday, and at P1 on Saturday and Sunday (€4 parking ticket required via www.eec-maarsbergen.com).
